We are based in Pacifica, CA about 15 minutes from San Francisco. We have been transforming homes all around the Bay Area since 1982.

Company history

Santini Construction, Inc has been owned and run by President Gerald (Jerry) Santini from the beginning. Jerry started out in 1971 as an apprentice carpenter for another construction company, but always had aspirations of owning his own business and building custom homes. In 1982, he made this dream a reality by founding Santini Construction. In 2009, Santini Construction officially became a corporation and changed its name to Santini Construction, Inc.

From 1982 to the present, Jerry Santini puts his heart and soul into every project he works on and instills this work ethic into each of his employees at Santini Construction, Inc. This work ethic shows in everything they have built from the small projects, such as decks and fences, to the magnificent, beautiful custom homes.

Jerry and Santini Construction solved a problem I was having with water collecting on the flat above my garage.  I know it wasn't a big job for Jerry, but he treated it like it was.  He researched different ways to address the problem, had various subs come out to give suggestions and came up with a permanent fix.  Jerry and his subs were professional, courteous and did excellent work.  I plan to use Santini Construction for future projects and will highly recommend him to friends.
